It would be nice if free shipping was offered for high dollar total orders, also the site could be easier to navigate if it was left to search all products at once instead of certain collections. Although very helpful adding a feature to make it easier to search all your inventory is better than hunting and weeding through multiple pages and links.

you offer the illusion of i can pay with my credit card but, but software wont accept payment unless i used pay pal.

Good: Your reputation of selling quality trusted gems is what encouraged me to buy from you in the first place. Without it, I would not have bought anything. I intend to test everything with a gem tester, but also will get privately appraised.Bad: My only gripe is the labs you use aren't the best. They're not very well known, and not readily accepted by the buying market in my opinion. Pending my gemologist appraisals, we'll see how well your assessment aligns with trusted IGS accredited appraisals.

this is my first experience with GemSelect so I can’t really comment on much more than the website & purchasing experience, which was great. there were a few stones I went to look at that didn’t really have descriptions about them (their properties or spiritual benefits for example) like some of the other stones & I thought that was interesting & I wondered why they didn’t. but all in all, the purchasing experience was easeful & I can’t wait to receive my gems & see if the quality is as beautyfull as they seem to be in the pictures.

the fire opal is gorgeous, has a little spark of green flame in it. sillimatite cat's eye is cute, I might order a larger one sometime. and now I have a spare white sapphire
