We ship to over 120 countries worldwide! Best of all, our one-time shipping fee is a flat rate, and NOT per item! You can order as many items as you like and pay just a single shipping fee!
Our Shipping Options:
Worldwide Express - $20.00 USD
Express shipments typically arrive within *3-4 working days. Shipments can be tracked online and are fully insured.
Standard Global Airmail - $6.99 USD
Standard airmail shipments typically arrive in *10-14 working days. All packages are insured for up to $200 USD. Our standard shipping option is usually fast for USA, most of Asia, Europe and the UK.

*Standard airmail shipments to many countries can take longer than our typical quoted times, including Canada (up to 12 weeks), South Africa, Mexico, Central and South America (30-45 working days), Trinidad and Tobago, Caribbean Islands, British and US Virgin Islands, French Polynesia, Tahiti and Israel.
For more information, please see our international shipping page. Parcel tracking is not available for many countries, but service is very reliable and parcels are insured in rare cases of loss or damage.
All gems are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Orders are processed within 1 working day, Monday through Friday, (excluding Thai holidays). If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please email us as soon as possible after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you may return it for a refund.
Customs Duty and Import Tax
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country.
Import tax, customs fees and/or duty is the buyer's responsibility. Please see our international shipping page for more information.
Some countries, such as Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Turkey, Greece and Russia require an import licence ID or a formal VAT business registration number for customs clearance. Please contact us for more information about your country's specific requirements.
For these countries, we do not recommend express shipping! We can use registered airmail, which is very reliable and avoids any customs problems.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us immediately!
If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to assist you with either returning the items for exchange or refund, or we can help decide whether to open the parcel while providing evidence of the condition of the product/s. In most cases, the items are very well-packed and remain undamaged.
If you do not receive your standard economy airmail order within 30 working days, please contact us, so that we can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available. Claims take 7-14 days to process through local post offices as our post office must communicate with your post office. Please note that if your country is listed as one for which we allow 30-60 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds until after 60 days have passed.
