We ship to over 120 countries worldwide! Best of all, our one-time shipping fee is a flat rate, and NOT per item! You can order as many items as you like and pay just a single shipping fee!

Our Shipping Options:

Worldwide Express - $29.90 USD

Express shipments typically arrive within *3-4 working days. Shipments can be tracked online and are fully insured.

Standard Global Airmail - $8.90 USD

Standard airmail shipments typically arrive in *10-14 working days. All packages are insured for up to $200 USD. Our standard shipping option is usually fast for USA, most of Asia, Europe and the UK.

*Standard airmail shipments to many countries can take longer than our typical quoted times. Please contact us for details about your country.

Availability

All gems are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Orders are processed within 1 working day, Monday through Friday, (excluding Thai holidays). If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please email us as soon as possible after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you may return it for a refund.

Customs Duty and Import Tax

In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. GemSelect has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, return freight fees, brokerage charges and customs duties will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Tax-free and duty-free.
Australia
Tax-free and duty-free for orders up to $1000 AUD in value.
Canada
All shipments are subject to local GST/VAT regardless of the shipping method.
Europe
All EU countries impose VAT and import costs on all shipments originating from outside the EU.
Hong Kong
Tax-free and duty-free.
Mexico
Standard Shipment delivered by Correos de México is not usually subject to customs tax. Express shipping is subject to VAT plus an administration fee charged by the courier.
New Zealand
Tax-free and duty-free for orders up to $400 NZD in value.
Singapore
Tax-free and duty-free for orders up to $400 SGP in value.
UK
Standard Shipment delivered by Royal Mail is not usually subject to customs tax. Express shipping is subject to VAT plus an administration fee charged by the courier. UK taxes and administration fees are the responsibility of the importer.

These charges are correct at present but please be aware we cannot be responsible for any changes to a country's taxes or customs duties.

Should you require a customized invoice or no invoice at all, please contact us via email immediately after placing your order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us immediately!

If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at help@gemselect.com. This will allow us to assist you with either returning the items for exchange or refund, or we can help decide whether to open the parcel while providing evidence of the condition of the product/s. In most cases, the items are very well-packed and remain undamaged.

If you do not receive your standard economy airmail order within 45 working days, please contact us, so that we can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available. Claims take 7-14 days to process through local post offices as our post office must communicate with your post office.
