Good: Your reputation of selling quality trusted gems is what encouraged me to buy from you in the first place. Without it, I would not have bought anything. I intend to test everything with a gem tester, but also will get privately appraised.Bad: My only gripe is the labs you use aren't the best. They're not very well known, and not readily accepted by the buying market in my opinion. Pending my gemologist appraisals, we'll see how well your assessment aligns with trusted IGS accredited appraisals.

I was in the market for a replacement gemstone for a solitaire ring that I recently purchased. I was delighted to locate GemSelect as an option for the replacement gem. Great selection, the user interface was somewhat irksome. If there was a way to filter out specific items (I.e. particular treatments to the gemstones), or would greatly improve the site. Otherwise, great!
