This is a natural swiss-blue Topaz in the exact size of 7.9 x 6.1 x 4.21 mm, its shape is oval facet. The gemstone was mined in Brazil and has a finished weight of 1.61ct. The clarity of this swiss-blue Topaz is graded as VVS-VS, it is a little better than Eye-clean.
