This is a 8 piece lot of natural octagon step cut Sapphires in the exact size of 3.96 x 2.83 x 1.79 mm. These gemstones are from Tanzania and their total weight is 1.66ct. These Sapphires come in VS clarity. "VS" stands for "Very Slightly Included" and is considered eye-clean. These gemstones have been heated to improve their color and clarity. So many gorgeous stones! The only "complaint" I have is it's difficult to visualize sizes in mm. Perhaps some way to compare in inches?It has been a long time since I bought stones from Gem select, but the process wasn't too difficult.
