This is a 6 piece lot of natural octagon / scissor cut Sapphires in the exact size of 4.15 x 3.04 x 1.95 mm. These gemstones were mined in Tanzania and have a finished weight of 1.56ct. The clarity of these medium-orange Sapphires is graded as VVS-VS, it is a little better than eye-clean. These Sapphires have been heated with the addition of beryllium in order to enhance their color. This is a safe gemstone treatment. A lot of 6 pieces octagon / emerald cut Sapphires as seen in the image, the price shown is for the whole lot of 6 pieces.

I really enjoy browsing through GemSelect. The selection is always marvelous and I love how detailed everything is described. The only thing I noticed is that when browsing through my phone, the videos of the gems do not load. If there were more videos of the gems, that would be amazing, though I understand that is a lot of work on GemSelect's part! Checking out is also very fast and easy, and I love that the return policy is very good, though I hope I don't have to use it anytime soon.

I placed order#384714 based on the picture on your website and the stone came in much darker. I'm sure it's the same stone i ordered but your lighting made it seem a lighter blue. I was trying to match a stone for a customer and based on the picture it would have been close enough but the stone in person is a mile off.

I have used this site for sseveral years now. All has been great. I started collection gems from GemSelect for years and wanted to collect at least one of most stones. I loved Safers because the mols is a 9 + and they come in every color. This is the best place to buy gems for the assortment and price. Great place to learn about gems too. Sometimes the shipping is a little on the long side. But I would give them a 9.9 out of 10 !!
