Also it's important to know about things like hardness and durability of the gemstones. I also appreciate the history of purchases and transaction details. I recently purchased from another site. It was an auction type. Unfortunately they added buyer's premium of 22% and Fort Knox shipping fees. Never again now that I've seen this site.
