Gemstones for EMF and 5G protection

First of all what is EMF? EMF stands for Electromagnetic Field and is an area of space filled with waves of invisible energy or radiation given off by electronic equipment.

5G is the new ‘fifth generation’ of wireless communication technology which generates radio frequency radiation.

There is simply no getting away from these radiation waves caused by smart phones, computers, antennas, wifi routers, microwaves even fridges and thermostats that inhabit so much of our daily lives.

How much damage these electronic and magnetic fields can do to us is open to argument but the amount of exposure is increasing daily and anecdotal evidence suggests it is not good for us.

Gemstones vibrate in a variety of frequencies which can change according to the energy that surrounds them and certain crystals can be used to eliminate or reduce EMF pollution.

Although there is no conclusive scientific evidence to prove the effectiveness of gemstone against the harmful effects of EMF there are enough observational tales to convince me. I have picked the brains of some of our gemstone suppliers and customers to come up with the best gemstones for EMF protection and a few ways to best use them.

There are two ways to approach this modern day problem - prevention and cure - so I have a few gemstones that will repel, block or absorb these negative radiation waves and a few that will help deal with the symptoms of EHS or electromagnetic hypersensitivity.

In his influential account, ‘The Book of Stones’, eminent author, Robert Simmons, wrote:

“When we bring the crystals into our electromagnetic field two things occur. The electromagnetic frequencies carried by the stone will vibrate with related frequencies in our own energy field through the physical law of resonance, creating a third, larger vibration field. . . . the frequencies stimulate biochemical shifts that affect the physical body and shift brain function.”

I am by no means a doctor or an expert in health issues brought on by radiation sickness so if you do feel unwell the first thing you should do is seek help from a medical professional.

Keep one by your wifi router.

Reduces negative electromagnetic frequencies.

At other times you may feel out of sorts or unwell due the effects of the pollution caused by all this radiation we can then turn to a few gemstones to alleviate these ailments or re-balance or re-align our bodies. Some signs of EMF pollution include

The easiest way to use one of these gemstones is to place it on or near the Root Chakra (at the base of the spine) and find a quite spot to relax. Or you could mediate with a gemstone in your hand. If you have a particular point of pain - the temple, lower back, chest - then place the gemstone on that point and let it do its work.

Remember to cleanse your gemstones regularly as most of them will be absorbing an awful lot of ‘smog’ so will need to be refreshed with a rinse under some water or a smudge with some reinvigorating smoke.
