Gemstones and Numerology
Numerology is the study of numbers and how they affect your life. The numbers 1 to 9 (and 11, 22, 33) have a spiritual meaning which can be applied to us all.
One particular set of numbers is called the Life Path Number which can reveal the path your life will take similar to one’s zodiac sign. Your life path number is calculated from your date of birth.
To work out your special number write down your date of birth.
NOTE: The numbers for the Year, Month and Day need to be single digit numbers as seen below.

Number for the Month October |

October / 10 => 1 + 0 = 1 |
Number for the 19th |
|
19 th => 1 + 9 = 10(need to get single digit) | 1 + 0 = 1 |
|
1 + 9 + 6 + 3 = 19 (2 digits, need 1) |
Break 19 => 1 + 9 = 10 (2 digits, need 1) |
Break 10 => 1 + 0 = 1 |
Now we can sum up the numbers for the Month, Day and Year from above:
1 (month / 10) + 1 (day / 19) + 1 (year 1963) = 3
So the life path number in this case (mine) is 3.
If your birth month, day and year adds up to 11, 22 or 33 do not continue adding until you get a single number – these numbers are called Master Numbers and are considered special.
For example 6/18/1942 => 6 + 9(1+8) + 7((1+9+4+2=16)=>1+6 =7) = 22 = Master Number
As with many of the ancient forms of spirituality and divination, numerologists recognized the power of certain gemstones and their special connection to these numbers.
