The website design looks dated and not particularly up to date with what you would expect from a site selling gemstones - however the product information is clearly laid out and well marked, with details for each product sold.

I've purchased from here many times over the last decade+. I find the information easy to understand, helpful, and interesting. I have always been satisfied that I got exactly what I ordered. Pictures and descriptions are clear and unique to each stone.
