I ordered peridots online and they were very close to the shade in the photo. They had a good polish and pretty good lapidation for a commercial cut. They had the correct critical angles for the ri of the material so that the stones had life in them. The down side was the lack of tracking and the length of time that it had taken to get them.

I think the GemSelect website is exceptional. It gives me comfort and confidence that what I select is what I will receive from them. This is why I buy from them. I've purchased many gems from them online and have never been dissatisfied. I like the paperwork that ships with the orders and the reports that are available.

Website is pretty easy to use. Some items do not have enough information like origin of the item or if they are natural or lab created. Not enough pictures/some pictures of products are not clear. This might possibly just be a mobile phone user problem however.
