During what period can I return a gem to you?

We currently offer a 30 day inspection period (counting from the day you receive your shipment), so you have plenty of time to evaluate your purchase. If you decide to return a gem to us, be sure to contact us for a return authorization before your 30 day inspection period ends. Please note that gems need not be returned to us within the 30 days; but the return authorization must be obtained before the 30 day period ends. We issue refunds using the same payment method as your original transaction.
