Lo que me molesta un poco es que el envio rapido se cobra como tal de 2-3 dias, por lo que lo podrian hacer un poco mas economico y que sea un solo envio no dos opciones de envio, al comprar cierta cantidad de gemas o una cantidad de dinero podria ser gratis, es mi opinion, pero me encanto el sitio, mucha variedad y a buen precio perfecta para joyeria personal o regalos...

It was fairly easy to navigate after learning the website. Found what I wanted and it’s suppose to be 100% natural gemstones. I will test when they arrive and update my feedback

I had problems with PayPal. My customer service rep, Thomas, did a great job in shepherding me through the process. I ended up purchasing three stones, due to Thomas good customer service. Thomas deserves a raise and a week's vacation.

This business makes it easy to research and find all pertinent information about the individual gemstones and other information such as the recommend use (ring or pendent for example). Also it's important to know about things like hardness and durability of the gemstones. I also appreciate the history of purchases and transaction details. Just be sure to register on the website to get the best experience.

I recently purchased from another site. It was an auction type. Unfortunately they added buyer's premium of 22% and Fort Knox shipping fees. Never again now that I've seen this site.

Me parece que la pagina es muy accesible para la compra y el pago ; solo tengoUna oportunidad de mejora seria que exista la opcion de recoger el pedido directamente en la sucursal de mensajeria porque en ocasiones casi siempre estamos fuera de casa. en general todo muy bien por el momento.Otra opcion de mejora es que existieran cupones de descuento y ofertas especiales , ya que una amiga y yo compramos frecuentemente gemmas para uso personal y a ella le comentaron que no tenian ningun descuento como cliente frecuente , esto lo pregunto previo a hacer este pedido .gracias !
