I think the GemSelect website is exceptional. It gives me comfort and confidence that what I select is what I will receive from them. This is why I buy from them. Everything was good about this order except I was a little disappointed in the product because it was so small. This is the first time that I have ever bought a gem so I was very unfamiliar with the sizes mainly because measurements were in metric.

The product was held up in Anchorage Alaska due to customs. It was also delayed in the U.S. by bad weather. Final delivery was not until the 29th of December.
