I found the filter options excellent. Yours was the third site I visited (asked chat got for reputable online sellers of loose gems) and the first I purchased from as I was able to easily find what I was looking for.

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Besides that, it's been a great purchasing experience and will continue to shop as I am a repeat customer and have bought from your store many times before. Thank you.

Great site for finding specific stones and sizes for individual pieces of jewelry

I was looking for a small gift for a friend- the process is the same as every other time and was very simple, and she even got her gift early! On the downside, there's no way to easily keep track of multiple Shipping Addresses, so if I want to send a gift to Friend A and to Friend B, I have to overwrite everything and it's a fair bit clunky in that regard.
