Where to buy small gemstones?
Tiny gemstones can be found in sizes from just a millimeter or so across in all sorts of wonderful varieties, all beautifully cut to suit any style including round, oval, square and pear as well as many others. Most are faceted but some can be found in interesting cabochon shapes – flat bottoms with domed tops.
This type of petite gemstone is traditionally used for side stones, accent stones or pave stones in ring settings but can also be used in modern ear cuffs, nose rings, tennis bracelets and necklaces.
