I trust this company to deliver exactly what is offered. I have never had to return a selection of Gems. I appreciate the company's detailed description of their product. I love Gem Select! When you order what you see is what you get. As soon as you make payment that particular gem is taken off the photo album. That way the one you select is a one of that kind.

I started out wanting to get an example of each type of gem but after looking at all the types of gems and reading about them I realize it is almost impossible for me to do. I've made several purchases through GemSelect in the past, although not within the last six months. Their gems are always beautiful and I have never had an issue with their prices or their stones. Even when I'm not buying, I love scrolling through their website, which is very user friendly. I especially appreciate being able to change the listing order to your own liking, such as most to least expensive, largest to smallest, etc. As with most online orders, however, I think the shipping charges are not commensurate with the actual weight of the items shipped.
