My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.

This is the first time I have used this site. I was dissatisfied with the quality of gems and supplies elsewhere and decided to try GemSelect. They are awesome! I was thrilled to see the variety and the great web performance. There was the ability to search for information as well as gems. Things like the clarity rating system and caret weight of the gems. I have always loved making things and I have just started to make jewelry as a business. However I have never made a ring before and have always wanted to. First time using this website. It was both exciting finding things in my price range and things Iam gonna save up for and use in other pieces. I love that the picture of the gem is the exact gem I'll be buying. I haven't tested the gems yes but they said they sold me 100% natural gems.
