The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Besides that, it's been a great purchasing experience and will continue to shop as I am a repeat customer and have bought from your store many times before. Thank you.

Although the stones are smaller than I thought, I really don't think in millimeters, they are perfect. I plan to put one into a ring and the other into a necklace. Ordering was easy, contact kept me aware of how shipping was going, and delivery was sooner than expected. The quality of stones I have ordered in the past and this recent order is outstanding and stones I will be proud to wear.

I purchased 4 gemstones in different sizes to be able to make a family ring for my granddaughter. I got exactly what I saw and they are absolutely beautiful! Shipping was quick compared to other gem stores I have dealt with! I will definitely order more stones from your company, as I am a collector and have several stones. Absolutely love the website, selection and products. Can you guys add a gemstones with inclusions tab. I like those it'd be nice to have them all in one place but i do understand it would be alot of work to go through and categorize them. Thank you anyways
