Africa is a source for many gemstones, including ruby, sapphire, diamond and emerald. Some of the most famous gemstones in the world were mined in Africa, such as the Cullinan Diamond and the Star of Africa. In addition to the precious four gem types, Africa has a wealth of other gemstone material, some of which is found nowhere else in the world, such as tanzanite, tsavorite garnet and Mali garnet. Whether you are searching for Tanzanian sapphire, Ethiopian opal, Namibian demantoid garnet, Nigerian tourmaline or another African gemstone, you can browse African gems by type, color, size, shape or other factors to find the exact stones you seek at wholesale prices.

man their gems are pretty good, and the prices aren't to bad either, I like checking out hte gems on there website, beceause the pictures of the gems are taken pretty well, and you can see the table, and the facets.
I love gemselect and I have bought a fair amount from them. The only complaint I have is not being able to save gems. I have a lot of projects so i am in the market for a lot of different gems and it's so disappointing to have to delete them all just to purchase one or two that I have saved in my cart.
