The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. GemSelect is always my first choice for purchasing gemstones. The fact that the gems are always exactly as described and pictured on the website has earned my trust many times over. Although the stones are smaller than I thought, I really don't think in millimeters, they are perfect. I plan to put one into a ring and the other into a necklace. Ordering was easy, contact kept me aware of how shipping was going, and delivery was sooner than expected. The quality of stones I have ordered in the past and this recent order is outstanding and stones I will be proud to wear.
