This is a natural oval facet intense blue-green Apatite in the exact size of 6.87 x 4.98 x 4.04 mm. The gemstone was mined in Madagascar and has a finished weight of 1ct. This Apatite comes in VS clarity. "VS" stands for "Very Slightly Included" and is considered eye-clean. This gemstone has been heated to improve its color and clarity. was just windowshopping and spotted a couple "Very Uncommons", a tsavorite & a demantoid garnet that were both in a size I was looking for, & that I could very easily pay for -- so figured I would grab the tsavo ASAP and got the demantoid to accompany so they wouldn't be lonely.

I really enjoy browsing through GemSelect. The selection is always marvelous and I love how detailed everything is described. The only thing I noticed is that when browsing through my phone, the videos of the gems do not load. If there were more videos of the gems, that would be amazing, though I understand that is a lot of work on GemSelect's part! Checking out is also very fast and easy, and I love that the return policy is very good, though I hope I don't have to use it anytime soon.
