This is a natural dark-green Tourmaline in the exact size of 18.58 x 3.11 x 2.21 mm, its shape is octagon facet. The gemstone was mined in Mozambique and has a finished weight of 1.4ct. The clarity of this octagon facet Tourmaline is graded as VVS-VS, it is a little better than Eye-clean. This gemstone is untreated; no treatment at all has been applied. The selection and filtering is a little overwhelming, but that's only because there is so much to choose from.

I placed order#384714 based on the picture on your website and the stone came in much darker. I'm sure it's the same stone i ordered but your lighting made it seem a lighter blue. I was trying to match a stone for a customer and based on the picture it would have been close enough but the stone in person is a mile off.

So many gorgeous stones! The only "complaint" I have is it's difficult to visualize sizes in mm. Perhaps some way to compare in inches?It has been a long time since I bought stones from Gem select, but the process wasn't too difficult.
