The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Although the stones are smaller than I thought, I really don't think in millimeters, they are perfect. I plan to put one into a ring and the other into a necklace. Ordering was easy, contact kept me aware of how shipping was going, and delivery was sooner than expected.
