The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. this site is awesome. I was able to look at the products think about purchasing and come back and find the same products. With the amount of inventory gem select has. Its awesome to be able to filter the way that they allow you too.

My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.
