I was looking for a small gift for a friend- the process is the same as every other time and was very simple, and she even got her gift early! On the downside, there's no way to easily keep track of multiple Shipping Addresses, so if I want to send a gift to Friend A and to Friend B, I have to overwrite everything and it's a fair bit clunky in that regard.

My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.

GemSelect is always my first choice for purchasing gemstones. The fact that the gems are always exactly as described and pictured on the website has earned my trust many times over. Even when I don't buy, I still love browsing all the beautiful stones. My new favorites are the bright green Tsavorites!

The citrine gems are beautiful. I appreciated that each stone was individually shown on the website so I could see exactly what I was getting. No mystery person selecting random stones for me. The documentation included with each gem was high quality as well. Great price and arrived as expected.
