My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. The citrine gems are beautiful. I appreciated that each stone was individually shown on the website so I could see exactly what I was getting. No mystery person selecting random stones for me. The documentation included with each gem was high quality as well. Great price and arrived as expected.

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end.
