I was just browsing on my trusted gem site, Gem Select, when I saw gems that were my grand children's birth stones. The price was right, so I ordered them. I like to surprise my grand children with something special for their birthday, and they will be nice birthday gifts.

Good: Your reputation of selling quality trusted gems is what encouraged me to buy from you in the first place. Without it, I would not have bought anything. I intend to test everything with a gem tester, but also will get privately appraised.Bad: My only gripe is the labs you use aren't the best. They're not very well known, and not readily accepted by the buying market in my opinion. Pending my gemologist appraisals, we'll see how well your assessment aligns with trusted IGS accredited appraisals.

I had problems with PayPal. My customer service rep, Thomas, did a great job in shepherding me through the process. I ended up purchasing three stones, due to Thomas good customer service. Thomas deserves a raise and a week's vacation.
