The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Although the stones are smaller than I thought, I really don't think in millimeters, they are perfect. I plan to put one into a ring and the other into a necklace. Ordering was easy, contact kept me aware of how shipping was going, and delivery was sooner than expected. The quality of stones I have ordered in the past and this recent order is outstanding and stones I will be proud to wear.

Overall the site is good to use and simple to navigate for what i needed and i liked that they are clear and detailed on the size shape and cut of the stones only input id like is for stones that have a specific refractive quality like moonstone in my case if theyd showcase the cut stones refraction so you know how it looks when buying
