I trust this company to deliver exactly what is offered. I have never had to return a selection of Gems. I appreciate the company's detailed description of their product. It helps this customer find mounts before the gems arrive. Any day of the year one can find a wide selection of gems, be it by price, color, cut, lot or single. Pricing does not jump all over the place and stays reasonable. Be assured your items will arrive in perfect condition as the company's shipping department does a great job.

I've made several purchases through GemSelect in the past, although not within the last six months. Their gems are always beautiful and I have never had an issue with their prices or their stones. Even when I'm not buying, I love scrolling through their website, which is very user friendly. I especially appreciate being able to change the listing order to your own liking, such as most to least expensive, largest to smallest, etc. As with most online orders, however, I think the shipping charges are not commensurate with the actual weight of the items shipped.

I have been buying gems for several years off and on and love their selection and great low prices. I started out wanting to get an example of each type of gem but after looking at all the types of gems and reading about them I realize it is almost impossible for me to do. I love browsing the site and everything is easy to find. There is just so much I get lost for hours. Sometimes I wish there were videos of some gems, but other than that I love shopping with GemSelect and I have referred the site to many people many times. I was looking for a small gift for a friend- the process is the same as every other time and was very simple, and she even got her gift early! On the downside, there's no way to easily keep track of multiple Shipping Addresses, so if I want to send a gift to Friend A and to Friend B, I have to overwrite everything and it's a fair bit clunky in that regard.
