This is a natural octagon step cut dark bluish-purple Iolite in the exact size of 4.92 x 3.03 x 2.66 mm. This gemstone is from Madagascar and has a finished weight of 0.28ct. This Iolite comes in VS clarity. "VS" stands for "Very Slightly Included" and is considered eye-clean. This violet Iolite is completely untreated; no treatment at all has been applied.
