The website is user friendly, has excellent selection. I've always found what I was looking for with Gem Select. When others don't have it they do. And most important, they have a way for you to pay without using PayPal. I cannot use PayPal they closed my account because of no cell phone.

This business makes it easy to research and find all pertinent information about the individual gemstones and other information such as the recommend use (ring or pendent for example). Also it's important to know about things like hardness and durability of the gemstones. I also appreciate the history of purchases and transaction details. Just be sure to register on the website to get the best experience.

Excellent prices, excellent gemstones, easy to navigating, at the checkout, only a part of my cart was paid, then I get back to my chart, and the missing gemstones were there, so I pay it.At the end of the day, I did 2 consecutive purchases, paying 2 shippings. But even with that issue, I’m sure that worth it.Thanks!

As long as I continue to have confidence that what I am buying is genuinely what is being advertised then I am happy. If an item is listed as natural but is actually lab created, well that would be the last time I support this company.

It was fairly easy to navigate after learning the website. Found what I wanted and it’s suppose to be 100% natural gemstones. I will test when they arrive and update my feedback

Website is pretty easy to use. Some items do not have enough information like origin of the item or if they are natural or lab created. Not enough pictures/some pictures of products are not clear. This might possibly just be a mobile phone user problem however.
