How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 2: Mail your return package within 7 days after receiving your RAN.
Please return items in their original condition, including original packaging and gemstone certificates if applicable. Write the RAN on the outside of the package, under your name and return address.
For security reasons, please do not write “gemstones” or “jewelry” anywhere on the parcel. We recommend using your local postal service. For orders over $200 USD, registered mail with tracking is recommended.
Refund Processing
Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
For credit card refunds, please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important Return Notes
- RAN numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Orders paid by SWIFT or Western Union may have transfer fees deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments may incur return shipping fees, customs charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, make a report with the courier and contact us immediately.
If you have already accepted a damaged package, please do not open it right away. Take photos of the outside of the package and email them to us so we can assist you.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and help with a replacement or refund if applicable.
