This is a natural light-yellow Color-change Diaspore in the exact size of 6.27 x 4.26 x 3.54 mm, its shape is octagon facet. The gemstone weight is 0.86ct and it was mined in Turkey. This gemstone's clarity grade is VS-SI. The clarity is in-between "Very Slightly Included" and "Slightly Included". This gemstone is untreated; no treatment at all has been applied. I ordered peridots online and they were very close to the shade in the photo. They had a good polish and pretty good lapidation for a commercial cut. They had the correct critical angles for the ri of the material so that the stones had life in them. The down side was the lack of tracking and the length of time that it had taken to get them.

I have used this site for sseveral years now. All has been great. I started collection gems from GemSelect for years and wanted to collect at least one of most stones. I loved Safers because the mols is a 9 + and they come in every color. This is the best place to buy gems for the assortment and price. Great place to learn about gems too. Sometimes the shipping is a little on the long side. But I would give them a 9.9 out of 10 !!
