First time using this website. It was both exciting finding things in my price range and things Iam gonna save up for and use in other pieces. I love that the picture of the gem is the exact gem I'll be buying. I haven't tested the gems yes but they said they sold me 100% natural gems.

My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.

GemSelect is always my first choice for purchasing gemstones. The fact that the gems are always exactly as described and pictured on the website has earned my trust many times over. Even when I don't buy, I still love browsing all the beautiful stones. My new favorites are the bright green Tsavorites!

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Besides that, it's been a great purchasing experience and will continue to shop as I am a repeat customer and have bought from your store many times before. Thank you.
