The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. I needed a very specific color of tourmaline and Gem Select had it. I had to get the client to agree and then ordered the stone. It arrived better than pictured and we all were very happy.
