I did not receive any shipping information fromGem Select at the time of purchase. I thought it unusual because I usually receive that immediately after purchase. I contacted customer service and received an auto teply within a day, but no shipping date. I contacted customer service after 3 days of no response. I finally received a f/u response with shipping date etc. I’m happy with my purchase although the black opal as depicted in the picture has far more color to it than the one I received.
I fell in love with my beautiful blue turquoise stone. When I received the stone it is more beautiful than the picture showed. I can hardly wait to design my pendant!)
