The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Besides that, it's been a great purchasing experience and will continue to shop as I am a repeat customer and have bought from your store many times before. Thank you.

I purchased 4 gemstones in different sizes to be able to make a family ring for my granddaughter. I got exactly what I saw and they are absolutely beautiful! Shipping was quick compared to other gem stores I have dealt with! I will definitely order more stones from your company, as I am a collector and have several stones. My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.

This is the first time I have used this site. I was dissatisfied with the quality of gems and supplies elsewhere and decided to try GemSelect. They are awesome! I was thrilled to see the variety and the great web performance. There was the ability to search for information as well as gems. Things like the clarity rating system and caret weight of the gems. I have always loved making things and I have just started to make jewelry as a business. However I have never made a ring before and have always wanted to.
