I found the filter options excellent. Yours was the third site I visited (asked chat got for reputable online sellers of loose gems) and the first I purchased from as I was able to easily find what I was looking for.

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end.
