I needed a very specific color of tourmaline and Gem Select had it. I had to get the client to agree and then ordered the stone. It arrived better than pictured and we all were very happy.

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Loved the price and the quality and the certification options which is the main reason why I buy. The guarantee is also a great reason to use gem select.

On the clarity options it goes "and better" so if youre looking for si specifically and you click si and better it still shows you basically everything. It just removes the opaques. Itd be nice if it was vs only, vss only, si only, etc
