Overall the site is good to use and simple to navigate for what i needed and i liked that they are clear and detailed on the size shape and cut of the stones only input id like is for stones that have a specific refractive quality like moonstone in my case if theyd showcase the cut stones refraction so you know how it looks when buying

I was thrilled to see the variety and the great web performance. There was the ability to search for information as well as gems. Things like the clarity rating system and caret weight of the gems. I found the filter options excellent. Yours was the third site I visited (asked chat got for reputable online sellers of loose gems) and the first I purchased from as I was able to easily find what I was looking for.

The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. Besides that, it's been a great purchasing experience and will continue to shop as I am a repeat customer and have bought from your store many times before. Thank you.
