The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. I do enjoy this website and the wide selection. I would like to see more untreated stones. I also wasn't able to see my past order when I logged in.

Although the stones are smaller than I thought, I really don't think in millimeters, they are perfect. I plan to put one into a ring and the other into a necklace. Ordering was easy, contact kept me aware of how shipping was going, and delivery was sooner than expected. The quality of stones I have ordered in the past and this recent order is outstanding and stones I will be proud to wear.

The citrine gems are beautiful. I appreciated that each stone was individually shown on the website so I could see exactly what I was getting. No mystery person selecting random stones for me. The documentation included with each gem was high quality as well. Great price and arrived as expected.
