This is a natural oval portuguese-cut intense-violet Amethyst in the exact size of 19.86 x 15.2 x 10.12 mm. The gemstone was mined in Brazil and has a finished weight of 21.03ct. The clarity of this Amethyst is VVS, which stands for "Very, Very Slightly Included" seen under 10 x magnification. This violet Amethyst is completely untreated; no treatment at all has been applied. I have used this site for sseveral years now. All has been great. I started collection gems from GemSelect for years and wanted to collect at least one of most stones. I loved Safers because the mols is a 9 + and they come in every color. This is the best place to buy gems for the assortment and price. Great place to learn about gems too. Sometimes the shipping is a little on the long side. But I would give them a 9.9 out of 10 !!
