What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

All of our shipments are fully insured, so you have no risk when you order from us. Please note that express shipments (FedEx and DHL) are insured for the full value of the shipment, but that registered mail and global express airmail shipments are insured for up to USD $200 only. For larger orders we strongly recommend express shipping (FedEx or DHL), which is the fastest and most reliable shipping method to most places in the world.
