It was a nice and easy process throughout! The website is simple and well made I found everything I needed quickly. I needed some emeralds of a certain size for my custom engagement ring but they only had 3 available on the website, So bought the available ones and reached put to customer service to see if they have any more and they messaged me back within minutes with a list of similar sized emeralds that were not on the site! I quickly purchased my remaining emerald and they added it to my first order! I am more than pleased with the experience and I will be recommending them to anyone in the market for gems! 10/10

Me parece que la pagina es muy accesible para la compra y el pago ; solo tengoUna oportunidad de mejora seria que exista la opcion de recoger el pedido directamente en la sucursal de mensajeria porque en ocasiones casi siempre estamos fuera de casa. en general todo muy bien por el momento.Otra opcion de mejora es que existieran cupones de descuento y ofertas especiales , ya que una amiga y yo compramos frecuentemente gemmas para uso personal y a ella le comentaron que no tenian ningun descuento como cliente frecuente , esto lo pregunto previo a hacer este pedido .gracias !

I ordered peridots online and they were very close to the shade in the photo. They had a good polish and pretty good lapidation for a commercial cut. They had the correct critical angles for the ri of the material so that the stones had life in them. The down side was the lack of tracking and the length of time that it had taken to get them.

I recently bought some stones for Christmas gifts for my family from GemSelect and was thrilled at the speed they arrived to me. The descriptions were accurate and could be verified by myself upon receiving the stones, though the only issue i had was finding exact stones i wanted. The sorting system is fanastically detailed, but often seems to trim more results than expected when i was selecting things to look by. They arrived safely and all together, as described per my purchase order and i could not be more satisfied. There aren't many that are looking to buy loose stones like this, but it really gets the job done.
