This is a natural octagon step cut iris-violet Amethyst in the exact size of 8.97 x 7.04 x 4.16 mm. The gemstone was mined in Brazil and has a finished weight of 1.99ct. This Amethyst comes in VS clarity. "VS" stands for "Very Slightly Included" and is considered eye-clean. This violet Amethyst is completely untreated; no treatment at all has been applied. I really enjoy browsing through GemSelect. The selection is always marvelous and I love how detailed everything is described.
