The purchasing process is fairly quick and straightforward and for me user friendly so it probably took more or less than 3 minutes to purchase and pay for the items. I wish there was a discount offer for multiple items to encourage us buyers to purchase more an incentive and add more sales in your end. My current project is something BLUE . Opal earrings with matching tennis bracelet for her wedding. The opals and sixty two sapphires VVS & VS are AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. The private jewelers were impressed by the clarity and inclusion free of the sapphires . I want to say thank you for the High quality sapphires that I purchased for my daughtera's wedding.

My experience has always been fantastic. Today I saved 6 gems to email a customer looking for a particular color blend to fit into an east west setting, so her options were limited, but we found one she wanted, deleted all the others in the cart and order the gem she selected. It was helpful to be able to put them in the cart so I could save them until she selected the one she wanted without having to research all of them again.
