FedEx Shipping [$20.00]
We use FedEx Global Priority Mail for superior service. Standard delivery time is 3-4 days and all packages are fully insured. Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please click HERE to see which countries are available.
Global Airmail (USA Only) [$10.00]
We use a combination of FedEx Global Priority Mail & USPS First-Class Mail (including Delivery Confirmation/Signature Confirm) to insure quick & safe shipments to any US address. Most packages arrive within 8-12 days. All items are cleared by US Customs and are insured up to $200. There are no custom fees to pay.
All gems are in stock and ship within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday excluding Thai shipping holidays.
Insurance
All parcels are fully insured.
Damaged Packages
Please refuse delivery of damaged or opened packages. Insurance is null & void if you accept a damaged package.
Additional Information for Non USA shipments
In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments are subject to custom charges and tax! Registered Mail takes longer but usually avoids additional fees. We are happy to send via FedEx but please keep in mind that we have no control over extra charges occurring in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties in their country!
Returns because of such charges cannot be accepted.
