| Shipping by Insured Registered Mail from Thailand usually take 10-21 days. |
| Customs |
| No customs fees are charged when exporting from Thailand. Any fees, taxes, VAT, or other duties/penalties when importing to your country are the full responsibility of the buyer. Packages refused/returned for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |
| Invoices |
| All packages from GemSelect include a complete invoice. Please contact us before placing your order if you do not need an invoice. |
